Ladybugs. You can buy them by the thousand and they will take care of aphids.

There is a product called Organocide that is organic, so it won’t hurt your plants and the herbs will still be edible (unlike soapy water and chemicals) plus, it works quickly on bugs. You can get it at Home Depot for $ 11. You’ll need to mix it with water and spray it on them. For $ 11, it goes a long way. Don’t get it in your eyes as it has red pepper in it. Ladybugs are too hard because you will lose most of the ones you buy, unless you have a greenhouse for your plants.

get a spray bottle and mix a couple drops of non antibactiral soap in a spray bottle and spray it on them or you can blast them of with the hose

Insecticidal soap. MOst can be used up to day of harvest.

On sturdier plants, I always just pinch the aphids. Get a sheet of paper towel and gently squeeze the stems or leaves where the aphids are congregated. They are soft bodied bugs and crush easily.
