the best place for you is the 2nd floor of Al Ghurair Center in Rigga Road. They have probably some of the best shops for those things that you are looking for.
another place is the Al Bustan Shooping Mall along the Al Mulla Road beside Lulu Hypermarket.
The two places will give you plenty of time to choose really.

go to deira dubai, you’ll find a lots of good shops where you can find it, its around naif police station, so many shops are there.

in any mall u find abayas and shellas shop there u shop good one and other i know that in shj rolla market there are two many shops of abayas in best prices
