Cilantro Out of Control

This is a weird angle but it shows how my cilantro has gotten out of control. Not sure how to handle it. It used to grow the cilantro leaves we all see at the market. Then one day they all went yellow and died. In its place grew these tall stalks growing dill-looking leaves with white flowers. Still smells like cilantro but not sure why the regular leaves aren’t growing back.

Featuring parsley, two basils, a teeny cilantro from Joolie’s garden, lettuce in a pot until we see if it likes the shade level here (also from Joolie’s garden), and even a few onions in front that were growing volunteer from my compost heap!
