This is week 2 of the Crochet Along Pillow Project. This video is concentrating on Pillow 2 where you will make the back and the front panels. In this video, Mikey is using Bernat Mosaic to construct the front and back. You will need to make two panels and then join him on week 3 to finish this off. how pretty
?
you can use any 4ply yarn using 3 strings together for thickness or any bulky yarn that? catches you eye….
yup you can do? that
mikey can I use bulky yarn? instead of the 3 strands?
if i dont want to use the eyelash yarn for the back, what? other type of yarn would be a good substitute? to make sure the white doesnt come thru and its thick enough for the basket weave, i mean
Wow! I’d love to try an? afghan with this!
This basket weave / pillow is totally awesome. Are written instructions available? Thanks, Maureen? (929momac)
lovely? work as usual
I always had trouble with the basketweave. Seeing it made it so easy. Thank you. I? am ready to start a couple pillows!
that? design and wool is gorgeous!!
Hope you don’t? mind me jumping in – the yarn in the vid is closest to Aran weight but there’s more choice/variety in DK, you would just need more stitches to make the same size.
what ply yarn do i use for the pillow I live in? England?
Thanks mikey keep up the fantastic work luv it.
Thank you Mickey, I love both pillows, but I have to say the Mosaic by Bernat is my favorite!
great job on both? tutorials!!
Absolutely? gorgeous

I think we need to do it one more row so there are four ridges to? match the four posts going the other direction.
I have never worked with more than one strand of yarn in my projects. It is kind of intimidating to me. Do you have any tips other than making sure they don’t over lap? Is it? fairly easy? I’d call myself an experienced beginner. I’d really love to make this pillow, I love it.
Love this, I can not wait to try it, you make doing? things so easy, Thank you Mikey
Love those pillows I? have to make them.Thank you Mikey
