Answer by Just curious…
mix powder tide with water 50/50 and use as a spray.
no problem, though it HAS to be the powder, not the liquid.
What do you think? Answer below!

I’ve been a veggie gardner for over 40 yrs. Everything from rows to raised to hydro. and with all I don’t use chemicals at all. But i do this.
You’ll need a few things,
A blender, a strainer, plastic spray bottle (these will never to be used for anything other then the garden).
A metal coffee can w/lid, a butterfly catching type net. or quick reflexes.
Water, tabasco sauce, liquid dish soap, (if you smoke, tabacco) if not don’t worry you can get by without.
Ok. butterfly catcher, Catch all those white butterflys (leave the others alone) The larva stage of these are bad. Put in Can that has 2 cups of water in it. When you see a catapiller and any other type of eating bug, toss in can.
By 3rd day, take bug can to blender. Yep, you will never make your favorite drink with that blender again. Toss them in blender with water, 3 drops of tabisco, 1 cigerette (no paper) blend. Put through strainer, then put in sprayer. Add water to almost top, a little squirt of dish soap. Put sprayer together. Shake, Spray both tops and underneath.
!. ya it mean to do this, but if your eating my veggies, bugs. Ya gotta go.
2. Bugs have great smellers. And they won’t eat, what their friend just got sprayed on. and if they do the tabasico, tabacco, and especially the soap will make them sick, and they move on or die.
Now if your having June bug problems: A coffee can or tall water tight container, with a regular size beer can emptyed into it will call and drown them. Din’t believe this so tryed it this year. Don’t have a one on ours or 2 neighbors away on each side.
Snails and Slugs love the stuff also: Shallow dish, like a manaise lid works great. Add new each day.
Cardboard is anothe great catcher, especially for those crawly type bugs. We gather and burn them each day, and replace.
Remember it will take at least a couple of seasons to get the population down. We also added guinea hens to the veggie garden full time. They don’t dig like chickens do or eat the veggies. But they love bugs and ticks. We clip one side of there flight wings to keep them grounded. Good Luck.
a few drops of liquid dish detergent mixed with water in a spray bottle will do it. the bugs eat the saop and die. spray under the leaves also.
