I made this scarf from a really cool silk wool blend yarn I picked up. It was so smooth & buttery. A pleasure to work with & I hope I come across more of it again. The toast brown just felt warm and cozy to me.

While recovering from my appendectomy, I haven’t felt up to knitting anything I have to think about. So I turned to a mindless knit: a drop stitch ribbon scarf. The yarn is pretty but I hate the way it feels, so it will probably be a gift at Christmas. It is a little more than halfway knitted. There will be fringe on the ends.
