Carefully.
Pull them up one at a time and eventually you’ll get them all.
No herbicide would be safe to use around the other plants.

BTW- what some people think are chives or wild onions are really wild garlic.

I’ve never had a problem with them after digging them out.
you’ll have to dig them out.. be sure you get all of the bulbs and they won’t come back.
