I’m actually knitting a bunch of rows? and then I’m going to sew them all together to make a baby blanket. Thank you for showing me how to do this. I’ve waited four years for my older sister and her husband to have a baby and I just found out that she is pregnant. Now I can’t wait until October to give my niece/nephew a beautiful baby blanket that I’m glad to say I made by hand!! :)

  29. andlee11 says:

Okay I’m finished crocheting the width of my scarf now, however I’m noticing that my very first row, so the chain stitched end, has a nice straight edge happening, and now that I am done, my final? row is just very loose stitches. Can I do a stitch that will create the chain stitch effect so both sides look the same?

  30. andlee11 says:

Oh nm nm, I? just saw your last way to attach the ends… much easier for me! nm! lol. Your videos are great btw! Thanks

  31. andlee11 says:

Sooo okay, you get? your desired length, then attach the ends… then start building around it until you get your desired width? :) sorry I’m new to crochet!

  32. terrwyns says:

I have made to of these kinds of scarves, and both seem to now “fall” right, they seem bulky and tight even though I made them longer so they would be looser, on one I even used a bigger hook so the stitches would? be a little looser. Any ideas about this issue and mayhaps a way to correct the issue if I make another such scarf? thanks!!

  33. xtrokx says:

  35. CrochetWithLove says:

Excellent video, however I believe you show a double crochet and call it? a half double crochet. Is this correct?

  36. rkcboehm2 says:

How many skeins does it take for an infinity? scarf? How many skeins for a hat?

  37. sausky1 says:

For the length of the chains do you mean 60 centemeters because 60 inches seem to long for the length could you verify that for me??

  38. maemobo says:

When you run out of yarn and need? to start off another ball, how do you attach it?

  41. montrealstars60 says:

What a fantastic idea? to post on a daily basis for a year! Nice scarf, a must!

  42. wowzzydotcom says:

The twist make this scarf a true infinity scarf, but it is? not necessary, it will fall a bit different though.

  43. Mstoot7 says:

Quick ? Is it necessary to twist? the scarf before sewing the stitches together?? The pattern I have stresses not to twist the stitches(but I can’t help it lol), so I’m going to go for what I know &sew it,but I was wondering if twisting the end will help w/ the way the scarf falls?? Thanks for sharing!

  44. wowzzydotcom says:

Did you make the large triangle, if so just lay flat and twist once. ///then meet the ends up, you can either use a large needle that will fit the yarn and stitch the ends? together or you can use your crochet hook and use the slip knot stitch to stitch it together.
    Hope this helps!
