In spring and early summer, you can buy them at Walmart, Lowes and Home Depot, but by mid June or so, they pull them off the shelves and stop selling them.

Really? My Walmart still has them! So does Lowe’s and Home Depot. Try any plant nursery.
If you couldn’t find them at your local walmart they are more than likely out of season in your area. If you want to grow them indoors you can try some online stores. Happy growing
