What sites are free to use. I want things like candle holders, mirrors, bowls, frames and linens.

If you don’t want to pay, how do you plan on getting products to sell?
If you want to deal in home dec fabric…that business is heavily controlled by catalogs and middlemen (I know, I managed a Joann Fabrics for several years).
You can also buy goods directly from manufacturers abroad, but you have to take the time to fish through the murky waters and find people who are legitimate. I’ve found some pretty nice, legitimate vendors (for the products I sell) in India.
