Question by Franklin: My mom planted a vegetable garden over our recently buried dead cat. Is it gross to eat the vegatables?
Our cat of twenty years died 7 months ago. We buried her approx 2 feet under ground in a cardboard shoe box. My mother planted a vegetable garden (squash, eggplant etc.) 14″ away from the grave site. My mom has been serving my brother and I the vegetables every night. Is it gross or wrong to eat them?

Hell no. It is the cycle of life.
What do you think? Answer below!
There is a VERY strong chance that you will get leukemia from the cat. Its a FATAL disease so DO NOT EAT ANY!
Ya, its gross. But thats all it is, its fine to eat.
i wouldnt eat them lol
haha! No! Although a grim thought.
As things decompose, in this case your cat, bacteria present within it and the soil break down all biological matter into completely harmless, untraceable things. Your cat’s remnants should actually make the food grow better. Like compost.
Its gross and creepy thinking about it but u wont get sick or die from it
