Question by climbing-roses: How can my face look more like a high fashion model’s?
I really want to start a career later on as a high fashion model, but I don’t think my face has the “look.” What can I improve on? Don’t say to smile lol. This is me with no makeup: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=no79u0&s=5

There is nothing you can do. Models have those faces from training. Sure if you have strng cheekbones it will help but anyone can do it with training.

You have the eyes, but other than that, I don’t really think you can do much. Models are usually born with those looks. But you can achieve certain things though makeup. Higher cheek bones, fuller lips, even eyebrows. It’s all about the skill you have.
You have high cheek bones, which I think is your major plus point!!

You don’t like to improve your looks but you could do with a new, ruffled sorta hairstyle —>

Also, do, POSE!!
Meaning, don’t just stand straight, show your left or right profiles…
If your passion lies in modelling, go with it!
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
Nabeela.
It’s not really something you get, it’s something you have. I’m assuming you’re not yet done growing, so you might develop ‘that look’. What’s most prominent in a high fashion model’s face is strong cheekbones (preferably high) and absolutely no fat in the face.
You’re an unconventional beauty! Personally, I think you can model
I recon that you fill in your brows, apply mascara and bronzer and you’d be as gorgeous as hell.
You have very high cheekbones and a long face, what a lot of beautiful models have!
Good Luck and Merry Christmas xxx
I think u should get bangs, because they would give u an edger look.
I am actually an aspiring model myself and I know the feeling. I haven’t looked at your picture because Im lazy but just watch Americas next top model and see how they cut and style their hair. It might give you and edgier look.
When people apply to agencies we ask them to supply no make-up pictures, and to keep hairstyles simple and off the face with minimal make up to interview. We want to see a ‘blank canvas’. Any posing, too much make up, intricate hairstyles detract from that and may result in instant rejection.
Truth is, there is nothing you can do. You`ll either get accepted for the way you look or not.
