Ruffled Scarf Part 1

Demonstration of how to make this particular version of a ruffly scarf. I used Vanna’s Choice yarn – at least 3 1/2 oz of white and 5 ozs sapphire were used in the sample, and an H hook. The filet background piece has 95 rows. I mention in the video that there are 13 stitches across top the two short ends. This is NOT counting the corner stitches. I did a bit of research and from what I can see this technique appears to be called wiggle crochet.
