I have black hair with light brown highlights. Brown eyes, 5’4″. I only have about $ 50 to spend. If possible, have a link to a specific dress.

Any discount store like Burlington’s, discount outlets, JC Penny, Dillards sales rack, etc. Also, you may wanna have one made. Its more intimate and personal. The dress will mean a lot more to you that way. And Cache’ in the mall has a sales rack with lots of prom dresses for cheap.
