Question by : Why do people read high end fashion magazines such as Vogue/Marie Claire?
I’m doing some college work on why people read high end fashion magazines, so if anyone would like to let me know why they do, it would be greatly appreciated!

because they are vain. with all of the crap and disaster in the world is it really important to worry about fashion or what you should or shouldnt be wearing?? i think not. the people reading those magazines dont know themselves, so they have to copy others to have an identity. hope it helps and hope i didnt piss off the ones who just like to look at the pictures.
because it is vanity and sadly there are alot of plp who are entertained by that
to see what they want to buy from the billions of adverts that are in the magazine. maybe a couple of pages have fashion related things.
Photography students and fashion students use them for ideas (i have friends who do this), also anyone who is really into fashion (NOT a bad thing).
I don’t know why people are slating high end mags, it’s a form of entertainment and inform. Sure there are alot of bad things in the world – so are we all suposed to have no hobbies/interests/enjoyment?

I do it for my art work. I like to draw people. But I also like to get ideas of what I could wear.
To make themselves feel ugly.
