i heard a lot of women wear satin scarfs before they go to bed, i heard this is good for hair, but what are the benafits, what exactly does it do for your hair?

i dunno, i never haeard of women wearing satin scarfs
because it helps to keep it str8 and nice.
Satin is good for the skin and hair.
Its better to have satin pillows than cotton pillows because cotton pillows will absorb any skin or hair products you use, whereas satin will not.
So, my guess is they use it to help their hair and skin.
